I know plain white walls aren't all that exciting, but they are for us. It's amazing what a difference a fresh coat of paint, even just primer, makes. It's starting to look like a real room. We have a color picked out and purchased. I cheated and just went with Restoration Hardware paint. I'm also using at least two more of their colors downstairs to save me the hassle of finding just the right colors at the hardware store for a little less money. At this point, I'd rather just spend a little more and not have to put much effort into it. So the bedroom will be a light shade of green - Bay Laurel to be exact. This room is taking a lot longer to prime than we thought it would; it's a pretty big room with at least 12-foot ceilings, plus two closets that also need priming (because it's me and everything needs to be done the right way, even the closets). But that's it for an update right now. As soon as color goes on the walls, I'll post more pictures.
