Michael tried to sell the house Thursday. Apparently he's as fed up with the house as I am, or he's just tired of hearing me complain. And dreams of living in one of those new condos downtown by the James might have had something to do with it.
So he tried to sell the house to one of those companies that buys houses for any number of reasons, just to see what could happen with ours. The company said no, didn't even ask about a price, because there's no quick turn around with big renovation projects right now. So it looks like we're going forward with the construction loan.
